Aku hanya mampu duduk diam, tergamam.
Biarlah kau career woman.

Biarlah kau ada kerjaya sambil buat Masters.
Biarlah kau semua-semua ini dan ada keluarga.
Ada baby.
Atau babies.
Tapi kalau kau berpikiran yang housewife sahaja yang "full time mom",
Shame on you.
Being a mother mana ada part-time.
Regardless of your career and your ambitions,
Being a mother is a full time gig.
Everyday.
For the rest of your life.
Sedih kalau kau tak sedar fakta ini.

A full time mom is a round the clock job. NO weekends. On call, at any time of the day or night. My mum gave up an offer from BBC WORLD, her postgrad studies and her career to raise her children up. and i tell you, she does not regret the decision. Not a single bit. So lantakla mereka cakap ape. Serious. Im thinking of doing the same thing. Nanti kalau dah kawin and ade anak, i'd slow down the career or probly work from home. Sebabnya kalau dah ade duit berjuta or pangkat yg tinggi tapi anak kat rumah tak berakhlak, x gune jugak. at the end of the day ppl akan tanye 'anak brape orang?' or 'anak you blaja kat mane skarang?' orang tak tanye 'gaji u sebulan brape?' or 'skarang ni u travel gune business class lagi ke or dah upgrade ke first class?'

I wish someone close to me would read this particular post and realise that she's got everything she ever wanted and start appreciating them.
Before everything starts to walk away from her.
