I Am Annoyed

Because back in the fourth quarter of 2007, I was sucked into buying “Twilight” during an outing with Husband.

Because after finishing “Twilight”, I was suckered into continuing with “New Moon”.

Because even after realizing how much the book sucked, I followed up with “Eclipse” and waited for the release of “Breaking Dawn” simply because I thought they could redeem the abysmal story-telling of “New Moon”.

Because I was wrong. No redemption was made for “New Moon”. In fact, “Breaking Dawn” was so awful, I had to force myself to finish the book.

Because my time was wasted.

Because I wasted my money.

Because the books are a waste of shelf space in the library.

Because, what with the “Twilight Saga” phenomenon going around, people won’t shut up about it.

Therefore, I am annoyed.
